If you're not satisfied with your Love Groomers purchase for any reason at any time, you can return your new/unused merchandise for a replacement or refund with no questions asked. Simply send a copy of your invoice along with the item number(s) that you do not want and the reason for the return to the address below.  We will issue a credit for the retail price of the returned item(s).

 The Love Groomers Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
