We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Love Groomers purchase for any reason, return new, unused items within 1 year for a replacement or refund, no questions asked.

How to send a return

  1. Pack it safely

    Use a sturdy shipping box that will keep the items safe on the way to us.

  2. Add your paperwork

    Include a copy of your invoice, the item numbers you’re returning and the reason for the return.

  3. Ship it to us

    Send the box to our Return Goods Department in Bridgeton, Missouri.

  4. Get your refund

    We enter your refund within about 2 business days of receiving your return, back to the payment method you used on the order.
