Tables, tubs and other motor freight items aren’t included in free shipping.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico are priced by size, weight, quantity and address. We’ll email you the shipping charges and ship your order once payment is received. We don’t ship outside the United States.

Ways we ship

  • Ground shipping

    Most orders ship by FedEx Ground, and some ship by UPS or OnTrac. Next day delivery reaches 80% of the U.S. population at no extra charge.

    Order by 3pm local time to ship the same day

  • Next Day Air and Second Day Air

    For areas outside our one-day zones, or when you need an order sooner. Air shipping costs extra. Choose it at checkout, or contact us and we’ll quote it.

    Extra charge

  • Motor freight

    Tables, tubs and other large items ship by motor freight truck. Motor freight items aren’t included in free shipping.

    Order by 2pm local time to ship the same day

  • Warehouse pickup

    Pick up your order at any of our 5 warehouses, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Call ahead so we can make sure your items are in stock at that warehouse.

Damaged, leaking or wrong item?

Contact us with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, and in most cases you don’t need to send the item back.
